No customer information will ever be sold or shared in any way. All information (such as an email, phone number, or address) provided to Equus Studio (either through this website, through email, or through a payment gateway such as Paypal) will only be used to send you information about your purchase or inquiry.

No account is necessary, not even through PayPal. To buy items without a PayPal account, simply choose to "Continue without an account" once you are on the PayPal site.

Shipping and Return Policies:

Pay shipping for one artwork, and the rest ship free! The highest shipping rate will be charged, all other artworks ship for free.

Shipping/Handling Promise - Fine ceramic artworks are extremely durable, but problems can arise during shipping. All items from Equus Studio will be professionally packaged by me, the artist, with great care. All 2D works are shipped flat, packaged between 2 sheets of chipboard, bubblewrapped, and packed inside of a sturdy box. I double-box, bubblewrap, and surround all large ceramic sculptures (smaller sculptures need only one box) with packing peanuts to ensure that mishaps during shipping will not cause damage to the artworks. Refunds: If you have any questions about an artwork, please contact me before making a purchase. Shipping artworks can be expensive and, if not packaged properly, destructive. Therefore, my general policy is to only accept returns if an artwork is damaged due to shipping. All artworks are made from high quality materials and are exactly as described. If you are unhappy with a purchase or feel that the artwork that you have purchased was not as described, contact me.
