The Winter 2010 Art Show Reception has been scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 18 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Juanita K. Hammons Hall of Performing Arts here in Springfield (525 John Q. Hammons Parkway, Springfield, MO). Two of my sculptures - "Journey" and "Pumpkin Patch 1" were submitted and accepted into the show!

I will be submitting two sculptures for the VAAS Winter 2010 Juried Art Show. I have a new horse sculpture that I'm still finishing up, hopefully I can get it done in time!

Call for artists:
The Visual Artist Alliance of Springfield will be accepting submissions for the Winter 2010 Juried Art Show at Juanita K. Hammonds Fuldner Lounge on Saturday, January 30 from 9:30 to 11:00 am. Any area artist aged sixteen and above may enter up to three pieces to be considered for the show. The cost for each entry is $5 for nonmembers. Members may submit three at no charge, and one additional entry for $5. The show will hang on the fourth and fifth floors of the Juanita K. Hammons Hall until March 19.
